Job Requirements:
Requirements for this position include a degree from an accredited architecture or interior design program. Successful candidates will demonstrate:
A minimum of three years of experience in an interior design or architectural firm
Ability to generate, develop and critically evaluate interior design concepts throughout all phases of the design process
Experience developing and producing FF&E schemes, budgets, and specifications
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to develop clear and compelling graphics to communicate design concepts, including through handsketching as well as 2D and 3D rendering programs
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to present concepts and information directly to, and engage with, clients, constituent groups, and subconsultants
Collaborative outlook and the ability to work effectively with other design team members
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
