While our reputation is based on building some of the nation’s highest rated LEED Platinum, Zero Energy, Zero Carbon and Passive House homes, the vast majority of our work is more mainstream customized remodels/new home building projects that come to us from our architect partners interested in a collaborative process.
Through a project mix of 80% major remodels/ 20% new homes, and with 95% of our projects coming from referrals, we have continued to grow at almost 100% per year, while being exceptionally selective about which projects we choose to take on. Our success is, in large part, due to the fact that we are an integral part of the design development team from the beginning. With a completely transparent and collaborative PreConstruction (PCS) process, we work with the architects and their clients to develop all of the specifications, details and the correlative pricing, thus creating the shortest and easiest path between the architectural design, remodel/build and “move-in-day”. Through this process, we free our architect partners from much of the work they don’t like to do, so they can get back to what they love to do, designing homes and creating happy satisfied clients.
