TOUR RULES
- Docents may not engage guests in sales pitch.
- Remove your shoes before entering the Tour homes or wear provided shoe covers.
- Children under 10 are free.
- Ensure that all children are escorted and supervised at all times.
- No cameras or camera phones are allowed in the Tour homes.
- Absolutely no photographs are to be taken inside the Tour homes.
- Anyone taking photos on the property or in the Tour homes will risk surrender of their ticket.
- No smoking and no food or drinks to be taken inside the Tour homes.
- Do not open cabinets, closets, drawers or refrigerators.
- Do not enter closets and rooms that have been closed or blocked.
- Restrooms are not available for public use.
- Do not block driveways or walk on lawns and landscaping.
- Respect each Tour homeowner, their neighbors, and neighborhood.
- Because these are private homes, special accommodations may not be possible in every situation.
- No strollers inside the homes.

TOUR ADMISSION PRICES
Early-Bird Pricing from 6/30-8/31: $65 for Members and $75 for Non-Members
Late Registration Pricing from 9/1-9/15: $75 for Members and $85 for Non-Members
The tickets are non-transferable entry for one individual to all of the featured homes on September 19th, 2026 between 10 am and 4 pm. You will receive a brochure at one of the two home locations where you can begin the tour, your brochure acts as a ticket. Submit your brochure to the door host at each home for entry. Final entry into homes will end at 3:45 PM.
All purchases are non-refundable and require advance purchase.
