Join us as Parisa Nassiri, Senior Fire Engineer from Holmes, presents major changes to the 2025 California Building Code, which will go into effect January 1, 2026. The presentation will cover significant changes to non-residential building codes and the implications to your projects. We’ll cover new definitions, means of egress, occupiable roofs, fire protection, battery storage, and more. Catered dinner and beverages will be provided by Pacific Ridge Builders.

As a Senior Fire Engineer with Holmes, Parisa has developed a diverse portfolio of projects.
