Foresight is 2020: Planing for Successful Growth
Growing an architectural practice is like running a marathon; it takes time, dedication, and in-depth planning to create a business that can grow sustainably. When scaling up for success, no matter how many years you have been in this industry or how large or small your firm is, proactively designing your business’s strategic growth deserves as much (if not more) attention as we give to designing projects.
Join the Practice Leadership Committee at our 2020 inaugural event for an inspiring panel discussion and workshop on growing your architectural practice! Experts will discuss and provide strategies for planning for growth, specialization, competitive analysis, and the perceived dichotomy between business and design, so you can approach your day-to-day business as an entrepreneur with future oriented goals, passive strategies, and creative solutions to scale up your success in this new decade.
Our expert panelists include: Amanda Fasenmeyer, MBA, Director of Growth & Strategy of Steinberg Hart; Kelly Fehr, Cameron MacAllister Group Principal Consultant; and Carter Welch, Business Advisor and Coach of Shirlaws. The panel will be moderated by PLC’s own Katia McClain, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, LFA, Managing Principal for Northern California of Steinberg Hart.
During this event we will also invite attendees to join the committee and roundtable for the 2020 events cycle and pick future topics for discussion, so be sure to let us know if you’re interested in joining this exciting new committee!
