Mixed Use 2.0, The Hills at Vallco Town Hall Discussion

Building a better Silicon Valley, a discussion on the future of Mixed Use development.

Simultaneously delivering working, living, shopping, and recreating spaces, is The Hills at Vallco a new model of community development for the 21st century?

Learn how the green roof responds to storm water management, seismic forces, heat load reduction, and delivers 30 acres of California native plants and oaks, hiking trails,  and even a demonstration vineyard.

Hear both Rafael Viñoly, FAIA and Laurie Olin Hon AIA, FASLA  explain how the project delivers urban amenities, public spaces and a 30 acre green roof.

Ask questions, be part of the discussion and explore if this is a new approach that addresses the challenges facing a rapidly growing Silicon Valley!

Space is limited and you must RSVP to secure your seat.
