Our February Chapter Meeting will be a Tour at Corsair, a 2023 Design Awards Winner, followed by a presentation by David Fenster- Design for Experience: The effects of interweaving light, materiality, and movement. (1 LU: Pending Approval).

Event Schedule:

  • Event Begins at 5:30pm – Registration and Networking.
  • Two Tours starting promptly at 6:00pm and 6:30pm.
  • Program Presentation from 7:00-7:45pm.

David Fenster, AIA LEED AP

David is the founder of MODULUS ARCHITECTURE, INC. and Principal in charge of design and production. He has over two decades of experience in the design and construction of a wide range of project types since graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He has been a visiting juror at local architectural schools, taught design studio at West Valley College, juried international competitions, and currently is working on a variety of projects ranging from residential to retail, and corporate to cabin. Not only has MODULUS garnered numerous architectural awards, but David has also won honors for graphics, web design, object design, and written articles. David is also currently engaged in formulating positive change throughout Silicon Valley and San Jose by being a member of the Downtown Design Committee (DDC) and SPUR. He is a Licensed Architect in multiple states, LEED and NCARB certified, and honored recipient of the Pillars of the Community Award, AIASV President’s Award, and Golden Web Award. It is his long-term desire to help transform San Jose into a truly world-class city of pride & honor by crafting spaces of merit, warmth, and emotion for all to enjoy.
