Lilly Hess has been with Lutron Electronics for the past eight years, with 7 of those spent on the West Coast. She manages Lutron’s residential sales in the Pacific Northwest, Northern California, Hawaii, and Alaska. With a combined background of engineering and psychology, she is fascinated by the technology behind Lutron’s products and passionate about the wellness aspects of intelligent lighting and shading. Outside of work, Lilly can be found experimenting with new recipes and flavors in the kitchen or in the mountains with her husband Eli and dog Phinney.
