As a custom residential architect, our clients are often individuals who have never hired the services of an architect. They often do not have an understanding of how drawings relate to space or their needs. This meeting will be a round table discussion on the process and tools used in presenting to the Custom Residential Architecture client.

Here are the learning objectives:
1) Participants will be exposed to new ideas and methods for communicating designs to their clients.
2) Participants will be encouraged to comment and discuss the validity of these methods and to share their own methods that have led to effectively communicating their designs and ideas to a client.
3) Participants will also learn what types tools, programs, applications and methods that are available.
4) Participants will be asked to share their own experiences in both failures and successes in communicating ideas to clients. Please bring whatever you would like to share (i.e. models, technology, drawings, etc.). In active sharing, we can raise the quality and value of CRAN members in the community of residential design.
Please bring your own lunch to this meeting.
